On Monday 23/08/2021 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (10,339,351) JOD/share, with a nearly 62 percent, of the Jordan Industrial Resources Company.

The share capital decrease was performed through decreasing the share capital of (10,357,957) JOD to redeem the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020 and decreasing the issuance premium of (18,606) JOD/share.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Industrial Resources Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (16,625,000) JOD/share to a registered capital of (6,285,649) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 15/04/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 26/07/2021.
