On Sunday 14/04/2019 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (5,000,000) shares of the Middle East Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries & Medical Appliances Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting part of the company's debts to the amount of issued shares.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Middle East Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries & Medical Appliances Company indicates the raise of its capital from (1,250,583) shares to a registered capital of (6,250,583) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 31/07/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 31/01/2019, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 10/04/2019.
