On Sunday 03/07/2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (9,125,000) shares, with a nearly 25 percent, of the Future Arab Investment Company to redeem the entire balance of losses as of 31/12/2015.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Future Arab Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (36,500,000) shares to a registered capital of (27,375,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 28/04/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued in 20/06/2016.
