On Sunday 24/06/2018 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (5,000,000) JOD/share, with a nearly 12.5 percent, of the United Cable Industries Company's capital to distribute its excess cash to the shareholders as of 15/07/2018 at the company’s headquarter.

Thereby, the SDC records of the United Cable Industries Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (40,000,000) JOD/share to a registered capital of (35,000,000) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 15/04/2018, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 11/06/2018.
