On Tuesday 07/07/2026 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (3,426,052) shares of the United Financial Investments Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects covering the unsubscribed capital increase in shares of the Company by allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the JSC's decision No. (293/2026) dated 30/06/2026, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC).

Thereby, the SDC records of the United Financial Investments Company indicates the raise of its capital from (9,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (12,426,052) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 12/04/2026 which based upon the resolution the company’s board of Directors on 04/03/2026, and the approval of the (JSC) on the share capital increase issued on 30/06/2026.
