On Wednesday 08/04/2026 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of shares of the Jordan Industrial Resources Company.

The share capital increase was performed through non-public offering and allocating these shares to Dr. Ramzi Al-Maashar.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Industrial Resources Company indicates the raise of its capital from (1,798,498) shares to a registered capital of (2,492,834) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 21/12/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 28/12/2025, and upon the approval of JSC on the share capital increase issued on 21/01/2026.
