Thursday 15/01/2026, the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,300,000) shares of the Rumm Financial Brokerage Company to redeem part of the accumulated losses as of 30/09/2025.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Rumm Financial Brokerage Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (2,300,000) share/ JOD to a registered capital of (1,000,000) share/ JOD as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 13/11/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 13/01/2026, and the letter of no objection from the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital decrease issued on 13/01/2026.
