Thursday 08/01/2026, the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital decrease of (12,160,714) shares of the United Financial Investments Company to redeem accumulated losses as of 30/09/2025.

Thereby, the SDC records of the United Financial Investments Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (21,160,714) share/ JOD to a registered capital of (9,000,000 share/ JOD as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 18/11/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 28/12/2025, and the letter of no objection from the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital decrease issued on 07/01/2026.
