On Wednesday 31/12/2025 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (1,976,834) shares of the Delta Insurance Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount covers part of unsubscribed shares amount to (2,224,081) and allocates these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the JSC's decision no. (436/2025) dated 22/12/2025.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Delta Insurance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (13,775,919) shares to a registered capital of (15,752,753) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 01/09/2025 and the company’ board of directors decision on 17/12/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 07/09/2025, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 24/12/2025.
