On Monday 29/12/2025, the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,200,000) shares of the First Finance Company which is the value of the treasury shares of the company.

Thereby, the SDC records of First Finance Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (34,200,000) shares to a registered capital of (33,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/01/2025, which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 04/02/2025, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission to purchase the treasury shares according to their decision no. (103/2025) dated 20/03/2025, and the letter of no objection of share capital decrease dated 28/12/2025.
