On Thursday 27/11/2025 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (12,000,000) shares of the Intermediate Petrochemicals Industries Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and the allocation of these shares to the shareholder " AKPA KIMYA AMBALAJ SANAYI V TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI Co " and based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision dated 12/11/2025.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Company Intermediate Petrochemicals Industries indicates the raise of its capital from (3,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (15,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 02/07/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 08/10/2025, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 12/11/2025.
