On Tuesday 08/07/2025 the SDC has completed the process of registration the share capital increase of Al Manara Islamic Insurance Company, totaling 900,000 shares. The capital increase was executed through a non-public offering, with the shares allocated to a group of shareholders as per the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission No. (110/2025) on 8/04/2025.

As a result, the company’s registered capital with the SDC has increased from 8,000,000 shares to 8,900,000 shares, based on the resolution of the company’s General Assembly in its Extraordinary Meeting held on 09/03/2025, the approval of the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 11/03/2025, and upon the approval of the Jordan securities commission on 08/04/2025
