On Wednesday 18/12/2024 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (36,058,854) shares of the capital of the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company to redeem the balance of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (69,756,944) shares to a registered capital of (33,698,090) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/10/2024, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 12/12/2024.
