On Tuesday 30/07/2024 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,147,059) shares of the Siniora Food Industries Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects stock dividends distributed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Siniora Food Industries Company indicates the raise of its capital from (30,552,941) shares to a registered capital of (32,700,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 28/04/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 08/05/2024, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued in 16/07/2024.
