Completion of the Share Capital Increase of the National Petroleum Co.

On Tuesday 02/07/2024 the SDC completed the process of increasing the share capital of (2,500,000) shares of the National Petroleum Company. The share capital increase was performed through:

1.	Capitalization of (2,497,982) JOD as part of the debit of the Financial Ministry and allocating them to the Management of the Government Investments.
2.	Allocating (2,018) shares to the Safwa Islamic Bank.

Thereby, the SDC record of the National Petroleum Company indicates the increase of its capital from (30,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (32,500,000) shares a result of the mentioned share capital increase.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 17/04/2024 which was granted the approval of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 22/04/2024, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued on 06/06/2024.
