On Monday 13/05/2024 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,051,982) shares of the Al- Arabiya For Investment Projects Company. The share capital decrease is performed through redeeming all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023 which is (654,020) JOD and distributing the remaining balance of its excess cash (397,962) JOD to the shareholders in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

Thereby, the SDC record of the Al- Arabiya For Investment Projects Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (3,551,982) shares to a registered capital of (2,500,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 05/03/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 05/05/2024.
