On Tuesday 09/01/2024 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (5,205,677) shares of the Bindar Trading & Investment Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount resulted from the merger with Summit AutoTrade Company and distributing these shares to the shareholders of the Bindar Trading & Investment Company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital based upon the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (305/2023) dated 18/12/2023.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Bindar Trading & Investment Company indicates the raise of its capital from (20,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (25,205,677) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 25/06/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 13/07/2023, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 18/12/2023.
