On Sunday 24/12/2023 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of shares of Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company.

The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the Government’s investment management company.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company indicates the raise of its capital from (123,627,470) shares to a registered capital of (363,627,470) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 03/10/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 19/11/2023, and upon the approval of JSC on the share capital increase issued on 24/12/2023.
