On Thursday 28/07/2022 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (63,037,122) shares of the Capital Bank of Jordan Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the Salamah for First Investment Company, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Capital Bank of Jordan Company indicates the raise of its capital from (200,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (263,037,122) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 15/06/2022 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 16/06/2022, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 23/06/2022.
