On Monday 08/11/2021 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the South Electronics Company of (9,038,037) JOD/share, with a nearly 81 percent, of the company’s capital to redeem the balance of accumulated balance (8,538,037) JOD and redeem the issuance discount (500,000) JOD as of 31/12/2019.

Thereby, the SDC records of the South Electronics Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (11,158,447) JOD/share to a registered capital of (2,120,410) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 18/08/2020, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the share capital decrease issued on 09/09/2021.
