On Tuesday 07/09/2021 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (442,228) shares of the Jordan Himmeh Mineral Company.

The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the board member, the shareholder, Zara Investment (holding) Company, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC).

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Himmeh Mineral Company indicates the raise of its capital from (1,557,772) shares to a registered capital of (2,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 21/04/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 24/06/2021, and upon the approval of JSC on the share capital increase issued on 02/08/2021.
