On Wednesday 24/06/2020 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (7,000,000) JOD/share of the Al-tajamouat for Touristic Projects Company with 7 percent of the company’s capital. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming the company’s balance of the issuance discount as of 31/12/2018.

Thereby, the SDC record of Al-tajamouat for Touristic Projects Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (100,000,000) JOD/share to a registered capital of (93,000,000) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/08/2019 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 04/03/2020.
