On Sunday 06/10/2019 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,868,691) shares of the Holy Land Insurance Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects allocating these shares to Mr. Baha'a Aldean Mohy Aldean AlModaffar in exchange for providing in-kind payments.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Holy Land Insurance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (5,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (9,868,691) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 13/05/2019 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 01/08/2019, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 24/09/2019.
