On Wednesday 25/09/2019 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,243,811) JOD/share, with a nearly 8 percent, of the Jordan Investment Trust Company to redeem the company’s treasury shares.

Thereby, the SDC record of the Jordan Investment Trust Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (29,513,889) JOD/share to a registered capital of (27,270,078) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 25/04/2019, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 03/09/2019.
