On Wednesday 03/07/2019 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (79,557) JOD/share of the company’s capital through decreasing the unsubscribed shares of the company’s capital.

Thereby, the SDC records of the General Mining Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (1,100,000) JOD/share to a registered capital of (1,020,443) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/04/2019.
