On Wednesday 02/03/2022 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (9,636,545) shares of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the Privatization Holding Company (Jordan), provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company indicates the raise of its capital from (44,923,120) shares to a registered capital of (54,559,665) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/01/2020 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 03/03/2020, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 03/02/2022.
