On Sunday 02/01/2022 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (44,444,444) shares of the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocation this amount to the Board members mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s letter no. (2/1/02385/21) dated 28/12/2021 provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.

Thereby, the SDC records of Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company indicates the raise of its capital from (25,312,500) shares to a registered capital of (69,756,944) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meetings held on 31/10/2021 and 29/11/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 02/12/2021, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 27/12/2021.
