On Thursday 29/11/2018 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (11,000,000) shares of the National Chlorine Industries Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount is allocated to the board member “Mr. Mahmoud Khalil Abu Al Rub” provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the Jordan Securities Commission.

Thereby, the SDC records of the National Chlorine Industries Company indicates the raise of its capital from (9,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (20,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 28/04/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 23/07/2018, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 19/11/2018.
