On Tuesday 06/11/2018 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (6,000,000) JOD/share of the Arab Financial Investment Company with a 60 percent of the company’s capital where the amount of decrease is an excess cash distributed to the shareholders.

Thereby, the SDC record of the Arab Financial Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (10,000,000) JOD/share shares to a registered capital of (4,000,000) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 17/09/2018, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 01/11/2018.
