On Monday 31/07/2017 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,328,382) JOD/share, with a nearly 30 percent, of the Shira' Real Estate Development & Investment Company to redeem the entire balance of losses as of 13/12/2016.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Shira' Real Estate Development & Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (11,244,646) JOD/share to a registered capital of (7,916,264) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held 16/04/2017, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 19/06/2017.
