On Sunday 28/08/2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the of the shares of the Offtec Holding Group Company .the capital have been decreased By (1,050,000) shares which represent the treasury stocks owned by the company.

Thereby, the SDC records of shares of the Offtec Holding Group Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (40,740,000) shares to a registered capital of to (39,690,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 24/04/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 10/08/2016.
