On Wednesday 10/08/2016 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,783,300) shares of the Comprehensive Land Development & Investment Company on Wednesday 10/08/2016 through allocating these shares to a number of shareholders.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Comprehensive Land Development & Investment Company indicates the raise of its capital from (7,216,700) shares to a registered capital of (10,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/04/2016 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 11/07/2016, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 02/08/2016.
