On Tuesday 09/08/2016 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (10,250,000) shares of the Injaz for Development & Projects Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to “Mr. Ziad Khalaf Mohammed Al-Manaseer”.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Injaz for Development & Projects Company indicates the raise of its capital from (25,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (35,250,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 23/04/2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 18/05/2016, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 01/06/2016.
