On Sunday 07/08/2016 the SDC completed the process the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,427) shares of the Sheba Metal Casting Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the decision of the company’s Board of Directors dated 25/07/2016.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Sheba Metal Casting Company indicates the raise of its capital from (995,573) shares to a registered capital of (1,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/05/2016 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 08/06/2016, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 01/08/2016.
