On Monday 18/07/2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,783,300) shares, with a nearly 39 percent, of the Comprehensive Land Development & Investment Company to redeem the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2015.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Comprehensive Land Development & Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (12,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (7,216,700) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/04/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 11/07/2016.
