On Thursday 04/01/2018 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,581,259) JOD/share, with a nearly 52 percent, of the Alentkaeya for Investment & Real Estate Development Company to redeem all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Alentkaeya for Investment & Real Estate Development Company indicate the decrease of its capital from (4,926,430) JOD/share to a registered capital of (2,345,171) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held 29/10/2017, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 26/12/2017.
