On Wednesday 04/07/2018 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (6,346,187) JOD/share, with a nearly 45 percent, of the International Brokerage & Financial Markets Company’s capital to decrease the value of rotated losses as of 31/12/2017.

Thereby, the SDC records of the International Brokerage & Financial Markets Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (14,201,913) JOD/share to a registered capital of (7,855,726) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/04/2018, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 26/06/2018.
