| On Thursday 25/01/2018 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (1,500,000) JOD/ share with a nearly 75 percent of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Company. | |
| The share capital decrease was performed through: | |
| • | Redeeming the total of the accumulated losses (825,391) JOD as of 31/12/2016. |
| • | Redeeming the issuance discount (180,000) JOD as of 31/12/2016. |
| • | Redeeming (494,609) JOD from the balance of the issuance discount resulted from increasing its share capital from (1,000,000) share/ JOD to (2,000,000) share/ JOD. |
| Thereby, the SDC record of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (2,000,000) JOD/ share to a registered capital of (500,000) JOD/ share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease. | |
| The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 09/10/2017 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 03/01/2018. | |
