On Sunday 21/05/2017 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (63,000,000) shares of the Housing Bank for Trade & Finance Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects stock dividends distributed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Housing Bank for Trade & Finance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (252,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (315,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 23/04/2017 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 03/05/2017, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 10/05/2017.
