On Monday September 21, 2015 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (23,032,245) shares, with a nearly 33 percent, of the Jordan Decapolis Properties Company to redeem the entire balance of retained losses as of December 31, 2014.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Decapolis Properties Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (70,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (46,967,755) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on April 29, 2015, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the Share Capital Decrease issued in September 13, 2015 .
