Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,051,982) shares of the Al- Arabiya For Investment Projects Company on Monday 13/05/2024. The share capital decrease is performed through redeeming all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023 which is (654,020) and distributing the remaining balance of its excess cash to the shareholders in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.
