Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company on Wednesday 03/06/2026 through capitalization of the amount of (200,000,000) shares and distributing them as stock dividends to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (500,000,000) shares.
