Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of the Jordanian Electric Power Company through capitalization of the amount of (13,421,081) shares and distributing them as stock dividends to the shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (110,000,000) shares.

Given that the fifteenth day following the Jordan Securities Commission’s approval of the registration of the above-mentioned capital increase shares falls on an official holiday, 27/05/2026, please be informed that the SDC will proceed with the registration of the company’s capital share increase on Sunday 24/05/2026.
