The share capital increase reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company with an issuance price (0.25) JOD/share and issuance discount (0.75) JOD/share based upon the decision of the Jordan Securities Commission (139/2026) dated 02/04/2026 and the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 13/07/2025.
