- Capitalization the credit balance (5,370,280) shares of the strategic shareholder “Capital Investments and Brokerage Jordan” with an issuance price (1) JOD.
- Allocating (337,785) to the “Capital Investments and Brokerage Jordan” with an issuance price (1) JOD through non-public offering.
Provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC according to the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (161/2026) dated 15/04/2026.
