Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,500,000) shares of the Arab Center For Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Industries Company on Sunday 10/05/2026 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses.

The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (5,000,000) shares to (500,000) shares.
