Subject: The Share Capital decrease of the Rumm Financial Brokerage Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,300,000) shares of the Rumm Financial Brokerage Company on Thursday 15/01/2026 to redeem part of the accumulated losses as of 30/09/2025.
The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (2,300,000) shares to (1,000,000) shares.
