Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (12,160,714) shares of the United Financial Investment Company on Thursday 08/01/2026 to redeem the accumulated losses as of 30/09/2025.
ThThe share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (21,160,714) shares to (9,000,000) shares.
