Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (12,000,000) shares the Intermediate Petrochemicals Industries Company on Thursday 27/11/2025.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and allocating these shares to “AKPA KIMYA AMBALAJ SANAYI VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI Co”, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
