The share capital increase of the said amount reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company with a nominal value for one share (1) JOD based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (336/2025) dated 08/10/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 07/09/2025.
